Pre Construction Condos
another newbie.... i am about to jump into this preconstruction condo game. I have couple of properties looking at.. one hotel/condo in florida.. another in the carribean. they allow for assignment of contracts. they want 20% down. Will be building in 12-16 mos. each condo can be had at approx $400k. hotel/condo will rent out at about $200 fully furnished. what are the risks and benefits? is this as easy as it seems ? any traps? please let me know..
