Newbi With 100K Seeks Condo Info
I have considered building SF homes to resell however I am drawn to the condo industry, my question is this: Is it possible to purchase a condo or two that is already being rented as a timeshare? Is this possible with condo associations or is this just wishful thinking? Any advice? Thanks
