"low Rise" Vs. "high Rise"

In regards to Condominums, what is the definition of "low rise" and "high rise"?

    Generally Low Rise equals three storys or less. High rise is 4 or more. Some people would include a mid rise category which covers from 4 to 15 stories or something like that. 4 or more stories generally requires an elevator, thus making the transition.
