Does Anybody Knows If This Is A Good Deal?
I am buying a townhouse in Panama City Beach, an inland property, pre-construction, 1440sq for $315,000. After one month after I registered, the builder raised the price to $365,000. It is good news but I am afraid by the time it is built, this time next year, everyone of this townhouse will put up for sale sign or looking for renters. Does anybody here know anything firsthand of flipping in Panama City Beach?
