Creative Way To Get Around Commercial Financing
I have found a great peice of property for a car dealership, and it has a nice house on it. It is on commercial property so my question is, are there are any creative ways to go about getting a conventional mortgage on the property if you were to live in the house?

Unfortunately, if it is zoned as commercial, that is the only kind of financing you will be able to obtain, regardless of occupency. Unless you spend the money to have it rezoned, your stuck.
