Creative Hotel Deal??
Hi, This is my first attempt at Creative finance on a commercial property. I found a deal on a hotel in the SE that has a long season. The deal is being structured with some conventional financing and they need some private funding for improvements. They are willing to give up a very favorable return for a cash investor. My question is is there a creative way to structure a note that can be sold to an outside source and be able to participate? Thanks, Bill
