Commercial Real Estate Starting From Scratch.
I am looking to get into commercial RE. I live in the NE USA. I have been doing RE sales for 20 years. Took 2 years off and looking to get into commercial. Any idea where to start on getting down the basic knowledge. I was wondering if commercial RE offices do co-brokes on the listing. Thanks for any help. Goit burned out on the residential part but still doing it P/T. I am not looking to work for a company so this would be a self start sort of thing.
