Cemetery Business
hey all,
I know it's kind of morbid. But I have been analyzing what I could possibly do with nearly 125 acres for sale in a location where there is not much cemetery space. do any of you guys have experience with this type of subdivision? i appreciate all input.
There was a very in depth post about a year ago that covered this completly. I don't have any first hand knowlege here but that thread would help you quite a bit.

There may be zoning issues so check out what uses are permitted by the current zoning of the property. In addition (at least in PA), selling cemetery plots requires a cemetery broker's license.
