Building Assisted Living Facility Question
Hello all,
I would love some advice with this one. While on vacation I met a group of men from overseas that do some developing in their country and while talking they mentioned that in their country there are no assisted living facilities and there is high demand for them there. I would need to find a developer that is familiar with that here and convince them to build over there or maybe find a consultant here that would be willing to set something up over there. Any ideas on how to profit from a situation like this?.
Well, for starters if you are going to wholesale you need to find properties at at least 30-40% under fair market value. Then you can wholesale to an investor who wants at least a 20-30% discount.
