    I am relocating to Greensboro on June 1, 2010 and I am seeking a two/three-bedroom townhouse or house to rent. I am rebuilding my credit from some minor issues in the past(hospital bills...), therefore my score is low. Do you all work with minor credit issues by requesting a larger deposit?

    I want to stay in the $600-$650 rent range.
