The Living Area of the Home features ample, comfortable seating centered around a large flat screen television with full cable service. Large Paned Glass Windows frame views of Palm Trees and Stunning Open Ocean Views. The sliding glass doors open up onto your private screened in balcony, the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening margarita. The Fully Equipped Kitchen is brightly designed and is stocked with all small appliances; including a toaster, blender and coffee pot. The Dining Area features seating for Six guests. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King Sized bed and an En Suite Master Bathroom. The Guest Bedroom is appointed with Two Twin Sized beds and the large window lets in plenty of Florida Keys sunshine. For your convenience the Full Guest Bathroom is located directly adjacent to the Guest Bedroom. At Coco Plum Vacation Rentals we provide all of the bath towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise. Coco Plum Beach Villas sits directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, making Beach Access as easy as walking outside. Located behind the complex you will find a shady Tiki Hut and waterfront Barbeque Grill. The large Resort Pool features Open Ocean Views and is heated during cooler months. Seaside Villa does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. Shelter Bay Marine is located a short walk down Coco Plum Lane and offers wet storage boat slips for rent. For boat trailer storage contact Hog Key Marine.
