I really like this property, because it has all the amenities of a newer place, but still has the historic charm.
I am a recent graduate of UNCG and am looking for a new house to rent for a while. I am very interested in this property but I see that you have a pet restriction, unfortunately I own a well trained pit bull whom is very lovable, she''s more like a child to me than an actual dog. If it is possible to view this property I would sincerely appreciate it.
While we do accept pets for a $200 dollar non-refundable fee, a pit-bull is not one of the breeds that our insurance allows us to accept. Good luck in your property searching.
