Discussion regarding possible assessment:
Neil suggested that we concentrate on those receivables that can be collected.
Therefore, it is decided to hold off on any assessment consideration until June/July.
Parking sticker plan is now under consideration and possible options will be discussed at a later date.
Discussion if key access to all condos for pest or emergency needs. Discussion of written info and how this is addressed in the by-laws.
Also those who are renting their units ti non-owners need to know who is living there
Motion made to authorize $1,500.00 fir large debris clean up. Motion carried
Further discussion of the areas needing clean up will be addressed with a walk through of Vantage Point.
