Gatehouse Updates and Repair
Working at the gatehouse this fall, I've realized that there is several items that need to be taken care of. The gatehouse will need some repair this spring.
Here is a list of items that need to be taken care of:
* Wood rot along the doors and windows
* Wood rot underneath of the soffit
* Dirt needs to be removed from the back door
* Windows possibly replaced. Have some BB holes in some.
* New signage possibly in coordination with the SouthSide of Muirfield. I am not sure of what HOA owns that land or is in charge of it. But I do think that an updated signage for the Cardinal would be a great thing to have.
Anyone else agree disagree?
