how to set up a business relationship?
My brother and I are new to REI and would like to work together. How would you suggest we set up our business relationship? Would a partnership or corporation be best? What are the advantages/disadvantages of each? Does it matter that we live in different states? What are the likely costs with each? Any and all comments will be appreciated. Thanks.
