Our roomy studio with a \"murphy bed\" has a bright southern exposure, a mini-garden view, low HOA\'s, and LOCATION! WALK TO: the Green Line C, B, and D; Bus #65 to the hospitals; Whole Foods, Star Market, Trader Joe\'s, Athan\'s Bakery, and Caffe Nero; and the shops/restaurants of Washington Square or Coolidge Corner. Play tennis at the public court around the corner. Jog/walk along tree-lined streets, through several nearby parks, or around the Cleveland Circle reservoir. Our condo is in \"Washington on the Square\" -- a quiet, well-managed building with concierge service, elevators, on-site laundry, fitness room (temporarily closed), and common patio/grill area. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. We rent a storage locker down the hall for $20/month. Parking in the garage may be rented by the month when available. Heat, AC, and hot water are included in our $228 monthly HOA. Thanks to Brookline\'s generous Residential Exemption, our 2019-20 property taxes are only $906 -- just 25% of what they would be without an exemption. The new owner would have to apply to Brookline for an exemption. We\'ll miss our cozy home convenient to all that Brookline and Boston offer -- especially our neighborhood and the building\'s amenities. When we bought it two-and-a-half years ago, we couldn\'t find anything as nice in this price range. We were lucky to win a bidding contest -- no regrets! The space is flexible -- last year we entertained 12 guests for a sit-down Thanksgiving dinner.
