All 5 are residential, paid 40K 4 yrs. ago, raw land, San Bernardino county, 3 lots and 2 ackerage, of 5 ac. each. Lets say, taxes each year cost me approx. $500.
Is there a simple math, how much and investor would pay for the whole package? And where to find them?
