I wish to sell my % and want to know if I can sell it you anyone or am I restricted to who I a can sell it to?
Currently there is not agreement or paperwork in place indicating what i can or cannot do.

If there are no written restrictions. You can sell your interest to anyone. But i dont know why anyone outside your firm would buy it, this has virtually no market to sell or control usage, your environmental friends would control everything.
Maybe this building has appreciated? i guess that would help. But seems like you would only get offers from the other engineers familar with the business partners.

Is it rented? does it throw off cash flow?
there is rental income, i just need the money and i do not seeany of the rental income...
