Turning Down Home Owners?
when you realize a potential shortsale is going to be a waste of time (like 1st year defaults, servicing companies, etc) , what do you say when turning a home owner down?
i would imagine some people would just not return calls...but to me that is rude. what do you say?
If you think the property is a deal, why turn it down without even trying. The lender may accept your offer despite of what you may think. If the lender rejects your short sale offer, then you should have no guilt about telling the homeowner that and moving on.
