Formation Of Docs For Investor
i have an investor that wants to put up some funds for a project but does not want any ownership in the business i need to create some type of promissory note for the investor. does anyone have any ideas on how to form this type of document. the payment will be paid in a lump sum and there is know interest or late fees

Not sure if I can help but a quick check of the title will tell you if they are against the property. Where is it located? Can you visit the court house? Also why did you file the CD right away? I wish you luck and keep us posted.
