Silent Partner?
I have rentals and doing very well. A friend has noticed and really wants to get in. He has had rentals before but hasn't done well. He is very well paid, money in the bank, and great credit. He should be able to get better loans than I can. I'm interested in partners, but only if I maintain control. In other words, I don't want him involved in much decision making. How can I structure something. Thanks for any help.
