I am trying to get a lawyer on my team so I can start to buy properties with my new LLC, however I have appointments with 3 of them next week and I have this feeling that I don't even know what to ask to know if they are going to be good at what they do or not?
Please help, what should I be looking for???

Ask them what experience they have with
    setting up corporations?

You need to look in yellow pages for
    a real-estate attorney.

If you have no luck in interviewing these 4 attorneys.Attend a meeting at a local REI club and ask other investors who they www.recommend.If you already know some other investors call and ask who they would recommend.
