New NNN Lease Accounting Rules
Has anyone come acrros a website/blog/whitepaper providing an executie summary of the new IASB and FASB draft published on 17 August 2010 re: exposure (draft ED/2010/9) on Leases.
Most that I have seen have been targeted to CPAs and presume a knowledge of the existing lease account procedure.
What I have been able to grasp is that NNN are note going to be as attractive as the lease cost has to be carried on the book from day one (including the 5-10 yr options).
