need help structuring deal. any help appreciated!!
i just purchased a new home and have run an ad in the newspaper for my house that i am currently living in.
it read for sale, for rent, rent to own, look at all options.
i have been swamped with calls this morning and i am not quite sure what to tell people other than my rent price of 1200.00 per month or my asking price of 140,000.00.
please advise!
