Not sure if your deal your structuring needs an Equity Partner but when I structure my large deals ($Mil+) I bring in the guns who can not just bring debt to the table but a combination of debt and equity. Sometimes its the butter on the bread you need to close the deal. I'll share the sources if you need them.
