Does anyone have any experence with mobile home dealer licensing?

If I have a dealer license in one state will it work if I sell a house in another state, or do I have to get a license for every state that I sell into?

$3500 sounds good. The mobile home has about 5 yrs left in it. You could possibly make something. $1500 is too low, but its the $367/mo lot fee that bothers me more than the asking price.

Be sure the lot owner will allow rentals, if not, moving could easily run you $2000.

    Good luck

You need to look locally for the price / answer. One poster is in CA and thinks your offer is too low, one poster is in FL and thinks your offer is too high and here in this area your offer is just a little high but not much, that is if you want to purchase that old of a MH. Some are in OK shape. But as has been said the lot rent seem a bit much to me. I have just over an acre of land with mobile on it and get $150 month lot rent. Have another smaller lot about 80 X 150 and can only get about $85. It all depends on LOCATION.
