How Are You Managing Your Time?
Hi:
For those of you who have full time jobs and do rei investing part-time or vice versa--how are you managing your time? In other words, do you hire a answering service to answer the calls from your ads during the day? Are you completing most of our work on the weekends? I work and do rei investing and I am running into a problem because I do not feel like I am putting enough time into my business. (and the low results speak for themselves)However, I can't tell if if time is the problem or if I am not spending my time effectively..
Let me know how all of you are doing it.
ALL suggestions are welcome.

I work full time and do CRI every free min. I am very very lucky to have a wife who is more than happy to be my partner in life and realestate.(She push me, holds down the fort, and makes me believe)
Time is always a problem. I use my cell phone, a seperate business line and an answering machine. I have cut out TV time. Just do what is best for you and your family. Weekends, nights, lunch what ever it takes but do not forget you will only get as far as your family will let you. They feed your soul and that is my 2cents.
