I'm looking for rehabbers and investors in Cincinnati. Don't have the cash to fix stuff up for now, wish I did PM me if you're interested. Question: Anyone without much money tried to flip a house, not find any investors and then get stuck with the property? I can't afford to let this happen. Everyone says that if its a good deal then the money will be there, but of course they have experience in finding and knowing what a good deal is. I guess the only way to find out is give it a shot.

When you put it under contract, make sure there is a weasel clause in it "this contract is contingent upon approval by my partner within 1 week..." or something like that. If you can't find a buyer then say your partner said it wasn't a good investment and you have no loss.

Never really liked the word 'weasel' seems shady. I realize its legal if they accept your terms, but doesn't feel right. I guess its one way to go though.

Aw, come on now, think of how you are making all of those poor weasels feel out there
It's just a week, it is not like you are making it a month or anything. If you can find a buyer within 72 hours then do that. If not, well, someone else will. You are trying to help the owner and help yourself too. I don't think a week (legally agreed upon and all) is too much to ask.

I agree with Scarlett, if money is the problem. I need to get to things in order, the good deal and qualified buyers

    Shannon,

Has he gone to the REIA meetings and things like that around here. Have him give me a call or drop me an email and I will talk to him about the area and help him out...as long as he doesn't move in on my business

    Best Regards,
