Newbie Looking For Tips On Finding Motivated Sellers
Hi I'm a newbie note broker in the MO area looking for tips on finding motivated sellers, or even 2nd mortgages at least 50% or greater than the 1st mortgage. Any suggestions, thanks.
People in foreclosure are pretty motivated, I suggest you start there. From there get the word out, advertise and do your best to let everyone know that you buy houses and notes.
