What do you offer?
We are real estate investors. Currently, we are wholesaling more than rehabbing. In addition, we assist other investors in locating buyers for their properties. We are located in the Memphis area but network with investors throughout the US.
We are also associates of Private Money Exchange assisting those with financial needs.[ Edited by ourproperties2 on Date 01/12/2015 ]
So, how was the training session.
The training was very interesting and informative. We looked at actual files and decided (as a group) if they were homes we, as a banker, would invest in.
We walked through homes to determine how we would rehab them taking the neighborhoods into account.
And on Sunday we had church.
