Letter On Rental Violation For Excessive Garbage

Does anybody have a good letter for tenants who have major personal items piled up and causing unsanitary conditions? I can only find letters that pertain to garbage piled up outside but not inside the apartment. Thanks for any help.

    Is there a section in your lease about unsanitary conditions?
    If so, I would write the tenant a letter citing that part of the lease and that they are currently in violation of the lease agreement. Also include a deadline for the cleanup. Send by certified mail and make a copy of the letter for your files with the certified letter stub attached to it.
