The owner is wholesaling homes listed on zillow and is a convicted felon. The company wants earnest money from the buyer first. The contract states their job is done after payment. They offer signs YOU have to buy! Soulless scam artists! Beware of Don Ford. He starts a new company under a new name and searches for new ideas to scam!

Correct. There was a guy that was doing subtos and the attorney general got involved back in the day. Glad nothing became of that though.
