Duplex Financing Credit Score 662-675!!! 100% Financing
I am looking into purchasing a duplex. List price is $210,000. I plan on living in it and already have a potential client for the other side. I am wanting to explore my options. Need some advice as to where to look for 100% financing!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in Miami Florida, The $10,000 you see on the sales price, I can use for closing cost from the seller. Thank in advance
Maybe try to call a loan officer or mortgage broker for starters. It won't hurt to bad to call a couple places. Shop around.
When I shopped, 100% in that situation was a hard unless I had a middle score of 750+, or hard money
I was able to find an 80-10-10, and could have also done 80-15-5, if the deal was a little less.
