Determining Value Of MH Parks
I have had trouble determining the value of a mobile park. 60 lots w/ homes. None of the home are owned by park owner. Town water and sewer and all lots have natural gas hook-up. Size is approx. 4-5 acres.
Located in Up-satate new york. Condition is good
Any suggestions
Find out who manage it. They should have all the info.
It is better taking the guidance of many people so that effectively it will be much better knowing this so that later it will turn out to be very good deal.
