Marketing Vacant Duplex-Frisco, TX
My market surrounding a 3/2.5/2 duplex is quite affected by mounting vacancies (layoffs)...any ideas of better ways to entice tenants to step-up and pay $900 monthly, and cease looking around at evermore avail. properties? I'm currently offering lease-option, with little reaction.[ Edited by ram on Date 09/23/2003 ]
It has to appear better than the others. We can't change the location, and it doesn't sound like you are willing to chagne your rent price. How does it look? Can you "throw in" something that the others don't have (washer/ dryer)? Free months rent? Gym membership?
