Calling ALL Millionaires!
Hi:
I'm writing this post because I have the desire to be a millionaire and I know many of my fellow investors do too. A way to do that is to allign oneself and learn from REAL people that have actually done it using CREI techniques. I know that I can go out and buy one of the millions of books published on making millions but I am sick of the hype! I would like to know how the REAL people on this site made their first million(if there are any that did)....Not looking for a how-to manual, just curious if there are any ideas that can help me and anyone else in my situation.

My partner has been in the game for 10 years now. He keeps stressing that "Money is not a problem". He is definatly a multi millionaire. It seems to me, he will find a home that needs some rehab. Put about 10k or so into to make it pretty and somewhat presentable, and then market them on MLS for close to market price. I agree with some of his things, and disagree on others, but he had mad his millions, so I can't say much to that!!
