Need To Sell Mobile Home In Park That Is Not Secured To Land
I am looking for a private investor/buyer to buy my mobile home. It is a doublewide and the year is 2000. My wifes job requires long distances to her job/appointments and would very much prefer to be closer to her office. I have inquired with many people but have received no help on how to find a buyer. Our home is in very good condition and would very much welcome anyones help.
You could lease option it or put it up for sale to someone with excellent credit who could get financing through the lenders that offer "home only" loans.
21st Century is a good lender for this type of loan. With the home being newer you shouldn't sit on it longer than 45 days. Good luck
