$8000 Credit And Land Contract
Any idea if the first time buyer credit may be extended?
The way to use it with Land Contract is to file the Tax returns for buyer so they get the check; buyer then signs it over to seller to use as down payment.
Is there a way we can process the Land Contract between
Seller/ Buyer and get paid a fee (without being a realtor) i.e. charge seller 20% of the check for putting the deal together and processing all docs
