SAN ANTONIO — Multimillionaire Graham Weston has such a golden touch that he could be the next Donald Trump of San Antonio.

Yet the 40-year-old high-tech CEO and owner of a downtown high-rise may be the only real estate baron in Texas who lives with his family in a double-wide trailer down by the Guadalupe River.

"It's a really nice trailer," said Annalie Drusch, a spokeswoman for Rackspace, a fast-growing Web hosting company that Weston owns.

Unlike so many of today's corporate chieftains, who consider million-dollar mansions and private jets must-haves, Weston flies on Southwest Airlines. He saves coupons for free trips. He prefers to stay at a Howard Johnson instead of a Ritz Carlton hotel. He's so frugal that he doesn't mind sending in the paperwork for a rebate, even if it's $10, on products he buys.

Ten years ago, Weston bought 50 acres in New Braunfels, on the banks of the scenic Guadalupe. He and his wife, Elizabeth, decided to live in their "mobile mansion" until they built a house. But they became involved in developing their businesses and raising three sons, Glenn, 7, Grant, 6, and Gage, 4.

The house never got built.
