You must have a constant supply of leads to be successful in real estate investing business. These leads convert into clients, motivated seller, buyers or private money lenders.



So how do you make sure you have a constant supply of leads for your business?



1) Target your leads

This is the first thing to do. It is important to decide who you must reach for your business to succeed. If you flip houses, older neighborhoods will probably form your target market. And a medium price range.


If you target owner financed properties, then you will probably target properties that have no mortgage. Similarly, if you target subject-to deals, you are likely to target newer properties that need few or no repairs.



Narrowing down your market is mandatory, or you could end up wasting a lot of time marketing and talking to the wrong people.



2) Polish your marketing message

The marketing message you send your prospects must be convincing enough for them to call you or sign up with you.



Regardless of the method you use, your message must command instant attention, a convincing message and a call-to-action that forces them to call you or sign up on your real estate investor website.
