Paying and non-paying members of www.TheCreativeInvestor.com both will be able to view all property listings; regardless of their subscription level.

"We are really excited that we can provide these free www.PropBot.com property listings. By allowing free access to ALL property listings through www.PropBot.com, we expect to help members of www.TheCreativeInvestor.com maximize their property searches and provide more exposure for their property listings; while minimizing their advertising budget." says Webb.

Everyone will benefit from www.PropBot.com's free property listings because of added exposure to their listings. Members of www.TheCreativeInvestor.com who have "paid-for" subscriptions will continue to enjoy the features of their current subscription in addition to the FREE property listings.

www.PropBot.com allows Free listings, AND Free searches, but people who manage multiple properties will need a subscription so they can add more content to their property listings to receive a higher ranking.

www.PropBot.com also provides property listing statistics that allow the listers to see where on the internet their ad visitors are coming from. This allows the www.PropBot.com listers to additionally link to their property advertisement on other free listing websites (ie: www.CraigsList.org) and track the results.

www.PropBot.com is a Free to list, Free to Search website for any type of Real Estate - Commercial or Residential. www.TheCreativeInvestor.com members do not need to create a duplicate account on www.PropBot.com. All the features www.PropBot.com has can be used by www.TheCreativeInvestor.com members.

How do we list free as TCI members?

PropBot links in the article led to User Agreement acceptance and charges with a disclaimer, to charge even if subscribers don't get a renewal notice - a permanent move and new e-mail account notwithstanding. Most know this is an unfriendly practice. Allow people no access if subscription expires, but keep their data for a year or so, as a courtesy, if they were merely inactive. Unless your competing with less respectable industries and their practices, and you want forgetful subscribers to call you about a surprise credit card charge and ask for a refund on a service they no longer use. Of course you knew this, but perhaps reconsider.

Back to the point, please include step-by-step if you wish to give a benefit. Are we signing into PropBot or TCI and then searching? PropBot user agreement read differently than your article.

Actually, we do send out 3 email reminders for any yearly subscription.

But of course it is up to your SPAM filter to accept all emails.

The user agreement is ONLY for subscription based services that www.PropBot.com provides, it has nothing to do with the free services we provide.

To add in a free listing, simply go to your My Properties area, click on Add Property, then complete the form.

Once your done adding in the property, you will be prompted to feature your property, at that point, you simply choose the FREE property listing service.

BTW - I just reread your reply. We also retain all the users property listings even if the subscription runs out as well. So there is no need to worry there.

      Hope this helps.
