What Makes the Best Money?
im a loan officer/salesman who sells loans for ameriquest, i want to make more money and start my own company with salesman under me, i could orginate 30 loans a month between me and some pals, where can i see these loans ? how much can i expect to make and do i need a license to get the full commission?- thanks dave

Whoops. I forgot to mention what it is. I work for a company that allows you to start your own mortgage business without any of the common hassles. Just the knowledge I have acquired has really helped me in my real estate deals.
If you want to stay in the mortgage business, why don't you look into companies that allow you to Net Branch. In most cases you keep all of what you charge and pay the corporation that you are net branching for a small fee.
