Evicting a Tenant
I'm new to NC. I have a property in Catawba county. I'm in the process of evicting a tenant for not paying rent it's been two months. I'm also looking for a good link for free court forms. I'm from Michigan and Michigan Courts provide landlords with PDF to download. I'm not sure if NC has the same set up.
