For starters, this is truly a Garden of Eden! This is a newer house and garage with everything in it new. The house has a new wood burning stove and chimney just put in, which makes the heating bill about $500/yr. The wood stove is in the basement, which had a custom stainless steel hood made to get hot air ducted right into the existing air duct system which is also used by the new oil furnace. There is also a new gas furnace ready to go and has never been used. Since the house is new, it has the best insulation there is! The full basement also has a finished room which is use for an office. It is also sheetrocked and well insulated. There are new appliances such as a gas stove, a refrigerator and a washer/dryer. There is also a new gas water heater. The house is mostly all new carpeting with the exception of the kitchen and the master bath which is linoleum. There are skylights in both bathrooms and the master bath has a large hot tub. There is a new satellite dish for TV. there is a new detached large garage. It is all steel with lights and power outlets everywhere with it's own breaker box. The closed section will fit two cars and has a new wood stove and chimney and is fully insulated. It is the perfect workshop and to keep any extra toys. the garage continues on with an open section that will fit at least 4 cars underneath, and is all lighted and has outlets. The house has a deck which overlooks the property and your own pond which is one of the nicest views in New York State (everyone tells me that). It is the GREATEST barbecue spot! The property is mostly open until the bottom of the field, then it is lined with apple trees and goes back into the woods at least 100 yards. There are some of the largest white-tail deer and wild turkey here year round. the property ends in the back with private-owned beautiful forest as far as the eye can see. It is paradise!! The pond is spring-fed and is stocked with bass and catfish. It's great to take your kids fishing there or go swimming and even small boats. The front property which goes down to the road has a new well and septic system and power. A new house or barn can easily be built there. Unfortunately I have to move from this paradise.<br>
