This house has lots of extras, we added granite countertops, real wood cabinets, the back porch was extended to the end of the home and a door put in from the master bedroom to the back patio area instead of the standard window. We upgraded to tile floors in both bathrooms, the master bath has dual sinks, separate tub and shower and walk in closet. Only the three bedrooms have carpet because we upgraded to real wood floor from entry hall all the way thru the dining room, living room, kitchen, and breakfast nook area. Breakfast nook has large bay window over looking back yard, common area, and lake. There is a pass thru gas log fireplace in the center of the living room and dining room with glass doors, tile and a mantle on both sides. Home has 9ft. ceilings throughout except dining room which is inset to 10ft. This is the only model that has a side covered patio also with double doors which opens off the dining room area. It has a two car garage with fixed stairs to the attic and lots of storage space. The living room is pre-wired for HD TV, and surround sound, the HDMI cord runs from the west wall outlet thru attic and down fireplace wall area behind TV, above the mantle the fireplace has an electrical outlet and cable outlet behind the TV. The mount for the flatscreen and the cords stay with home so you can plug and play. Too many items too list here, please call for appointment, I didn't show pics of the bedrooms because I was only allowed 6 photos on the site, I am willing to negotiate a little for painting and carpet in my daughters' room as they insisted on pink carpet and walls, obviously pink doesn't work for everyone so I will gladly deduct from the price whatever it costs for re-painting and new carpet.
